The Service is an online tool for preparing ID, passport and similar photos and a print-ready sheet. You can use the tool and see a watermarked preview for free. For a fee of you can download the sheet without the watermark. The final price is shown on the payment page before you pay.
Sizes and head position follow the general requirements of each format, but requirements change and the final decision is always made by the authority that receives your photo. We do not guarantee that any authority will accept the result. Please check the current requirements before applying.
You confirm that you have the right to use the photos you upload and that you will not upload photos of other people without their permission.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
The product is a digital file, available on the page immediately after payment. Your photo is processed in your browser and is not stored on our servers, so save the file right after paying. If you close the page and clear your browser data, you may need to prepare the photo again.
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, including a photo being rejected by an authority. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.
We may update these terms; the version published here applies from the date shown above. These terms are governed by the laws of , without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

Photos are processed inside your browser. We do not upload them to our servers and we do not store them. When you click the payment button, a temporary copy of the photo and your settings is kept in your browser’s session storage on your own device so that it is still there when you return from the payment page. It is removed when you close the tab or browser.
Your chosen language (local storage) and a flag that payment was completed (session storage). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Payments are handled by Stripe, which processes your payment data under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of the payment, not your card details.
The website is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as your IP address for security and delivery.
Under the GDPR you may ask for access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO). Write to us at the email above.
The file is delivered immediately after payment. By paying you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once the file has been delivered, you lose the statutory right to withdraw from the contract that consumers in the EU and UK would otherwise have for distance purchases.
If a technical problem prevents you from getting or using the file and we cannot fix it, or if you were charged by mistake or more than once, we will refund you. Write to us within 14 days of the purchase with the email used at payment and a short description.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. The time until the money appears depends on your bank.
This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
